N3XT Recruiting Services — Terms of Service

1. Services Provided N3XT agrees to provide the recruiting services outlined in the package purchased by the client (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). All services are delivered digitally and begin within 24 hours of payment confirmation and receipt of required athlete information.

2. Payment All packages are one time payments. Payment is required in full before any services begin. By completing your purchase you agree to these terms.

3. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing accurate and up to date information including but not limited to highlight film, stats, measurements, and athletic awards. N3XT is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.

4. Film Distribution N3XT will send athlete film and profile to 200+ university coaching staffs as outlined in the purchased package. N3XT does not guarantee scholarship offers or roster spots as all final decisions rest solely with the universities and coaching staffs.

5. Social Media Promotion N3XT will promote the athlete on our official X and Instagram pages as outlined in the purchased package. Promotion frequency is based on the package selected — one time for Bronze, monthly for Silver, and weekly for Gold.

6. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun. If N3XT has not yet started on your profile a refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly via DM.

7. Star Rating N3XT will provide an official star rating based on the information and film provided by the athlete. Ratings are based on N3XT's internal evaluation process and are not affiliated with any third party scouting organization.

8. Coaches Contact Database Access to the coaches contact database is provided as part of all packages. This database is for personal recruiting use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

9. No Guarantee of Results N3XT provides exposure and recruiting tools to maximize an athlete's visibility. We do not guarantee college offers, scholarships, or any specific recruiting outcomes. Results vary based on the athlete's ability, film quality, academic eligibility, and coach interest.
